Domestic Shipping Policy

At this time, Warfare Warehouse only ships within Queensland, Australia.

Order Processing Times

  • Orders placed on business days (Monday–Friday) are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days from our warehouse.

  • Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

  • Please note: selecting Express Post will not shorten processing time. It only applies to the delivery time once your order has left our warehouse.

During peak periods, such as sales or restocks, processing times may be extended. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. If you have any questions, please contact our team via phone or email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will appear before you confirm your order. Delivery estimates below begin after dispatch from our warehouse:

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information is usually active within 24–48 hours of dispatch.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Warfare Warehouse is not responsible for any additional fees applied to your order, including customs charges, duties, or taxes. All such costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages or Lost Orders

Warfare Warehouse is not liable for products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, or if it has been lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to lodge a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not offer international shipping.
